When I am coaching = RPI Mueller center (i see I have a fellow engineer on the board)
Off season = Gold’s, Latham or Clifton Park, NY
I too have been meaning to make my way over to Albany Strength.

Right now I am a Strength & Conditioning Coach intern at Georgia Southern University. After the football team is done for the day I get the whole place to myself. I couldn’t ask for anything better.

Cheap, fairly hardcore, and 2 min from work and home. I can’t complain.

Dude I checked out your pics of your gym, looking sweet man. I’d be charging my friends admission…nice![/quote]
Ha - thanks man. I’m grateful to finally have a quality home gym - it’s so nice to just be able to do whatever you need to with no one there to get in your way.
Looks like you have some good gear yourself there.

What the hell…which one of you is Van Damne. You were great in “Blood Sport” and “Universal Soldier”.
The Lord’s Gym - Roseville, CA
Modest in size but they have most of the equipment I need. Plus it’s only $15/month.

Nice to see another Rochestarian…I’m at the new YMCA in Webster NY. Basic, and empty at 6am, which is how I like it.

Timmy: Wow! Where am I, Mister?
Uber Film Narrator: You’re in a Chinese Opium Dem, Timmy. This is where the sport of Dodgeball was invented in the 15th Century… by Opium-addictive Chinamen. But back then, the Chinamen threw severed heads at each other, instead of the A.D.A.A.-approved balls we use today.
Timmy: A.D.A.A.?
Uber Film Narrator: That’s the American Dodgeball Association of America. Dodgeball is played with six players on each team… and six rubber balls. The object of the game is to eliminate the opposing players. Once all the players on team are eliminated, the opposing team wins!
Timmy: Wow! I can’t wait to get the fellas together and play!
