checkonit… 6 years training weighing 170? why do you even work out a site with all stuff in it and you weigh 170 after 6 years you fail at life and with 5 percent body fat? no one wants to see a body builder who weighs 170 shoot your self… I hope you started working out when you were 8

Haha, you knob.
I don’t know why you posted this here and not your trolling “damn” thread, but here goes:

You are a fucking retard. If you read my stats properly, you would find that not only do I not weigh 170lb (170 is my height), I weigh about 160!

If you stopped to think for just one god-damn second, you’d recognise that not everybody is training to become a goon like yourself. My training is performance based, you inbred, unwashed, knuckle-dragger. I don’t know where you got bodybuilding from.

And if you knew anything, ANYTHING at all, you might stop and realise that someone my height weighing what I do with my BF% doesn’t look too fucking bad.

It’s people like you who give good weight trainers like us a bad reputation. Go shoot your sister - we don’t want any of your offspring diluting the human species.

sorry about that ment to post it in the other thread but I had two windows open but Il finnish it here…

“jogging & sittups” dosent count as working out little guy

and I didnt know bulimia was a sport

but realy are you training for a sport?
ever watched football yeah those 300 pound linebackers are way out of shame with thier 4 second 40 good thing your not like them

It’s people like you who give good weight trainers like us a bad reputation.

thats true after they see a 15 year old bigger than a guy whos been training for 5 years they dont think much of “you”

“you” being skinny bitches

Hahaha. Obviously YOU don’t watch football, because there aren’t 300lb LBs, and 4.0 sec 40’s??? Where did you pull that one out of? 4.5 sec 40’s are damn good LB times (think Ray Lewis and LT in their primes).

DB
Did I say 4.0? I thought about saying sub 5 second but didnt feel like it

N3wb is actually right. A 15 year old can out-lift you and is much bigger, you have nothing to be proud of. Performence, my ass. Stop reading muscle and fiction and lift some real weights. You know, those things near the machines I bet you love to death.
Another moron.

Good on N3wb, he does lift more than me. I don’t remember the last time someone 50lb heavier and nearly half a foot taller than me lifted more than me in the gym!

N3wb, did that fat kid land on your skull when you punched him?

There are other sports out there than American Football, and not every sports-person is training to be an American-Football linebacker.

Especially ones that can do a 4s 40, you tool.

And believe me, if people saw you standing next to me, they’d shake their heads, take away your Krispy Kreme’s and slap your parents.

In proportion, pound for pound, a fifteen year old can out-lift you. shakes head. Whatever, Mr. BOSU Ball.

Hey numdnuts, how about pulling your head outta your buddies ass for few minutes. I’m guessing that’s because you are N3wbs.

How about posting some of your own accomplishments in your own thread because you have no stats of your own. Let me guess you’re 15 and still in school. Maybe if you try real hard you can get kicked out like your hero.

I haven’t posted what I lift, so you have no place telling anyone who can lift more pound for pound.

And that’s Mr. Swiss Ball to you.

Thanks pbody03. I agree with you, the use of the “3” instead of an “e” gives him away… maybe he didn’t think we’d notice.

Close, but squirrel understands rational/proportional relationships, which is about a lightyear beyond the n3wbster.

you guys are Runts get serious or stay small

also guys if your 160 170 your more of a n3wb than me

I feel alot stronger with a wider squat stance so Im thinking my 405 goal might not be enough I Gotta build a box to squat off gonna be 15" by 15"
I cant wait for a 1000 pound total

Yep. And one day you’ll grow up and learn that that’s not necessarily something to be ashamed of.

Hey man,

I read what you wrote in the other thread, and I personally think that you are a young, misguided, pompous, ass. You really need to check your attitude.

You really have no business as a 200lb 15 year old, that just started, to talk shit.

It is good to see that you are getting involved in a great sport at a young age, hopefully it will help direct you away from stupid actions such as getting kicked out of school - again. If you are looking for an ego boost you sure as hell are not going to get it here. Go talk to your teenage buddies for that.

It is statements like the one I quoted above that really piss me off. I think I have at least partially earned the right to say something like that to someone like you over the years, but I wouldn’t.

The best piece of advice I ever got in this game was from a great natural mentor of mine, “Never let your ego get in the way of your progress”. Pause and reflect on that a minute…

Quite frankly, you need to pop the bubble that is your head right now and learn how to be humble if you are going to make any real progress.

Hey it’s all about size right? So if you’re a 250 lb fatass that’s cool. I can hear you now in 15yrs bragging to your co-workers at KWIKI-MART, “ya man I wuz the biggest guy there writn my GED”. I can see it as well, your gut hanging down over your belt and sweating like a pig after walking up a flight of stairs.

There’s always Pro Wrestling, you’ve got the attitude.

1000 lb total. Awesome you’ll be the biggest and therefore the smartest guy around.

 I like these guy’s amatuer-ish attempts to shit-talk me and you, n3wb.

Their responses will probably be something like ‘Oh well, I have a life so I don’t have time to learn to flame.’

Here’s a word of advice: It’s not about having a life, it’s about having a decent grasp of the English language. With said grasp, one might have the resources to draw upon to say, write one’s merits in a cover letter for employment.

Also, one could write a letter to one’s federal representitive in order to persuade them not to ban creatine. Lastly, you could do so much better shit-talking us (or me, depending on who you think I am) on this forum.

It’s been a while since I have had morons attempt to flame me. Thank you for your efforts, gents, but you fail. Come back after you practice these skills.

One more thing, give the kid credit where is it due. He can almost pull twice his bodyweight. Not bad for a newbie. Genetics help, sure, but then again guys like Mendelson and Coan have genetics on their side too.

I hope he gets his head out of his ass as far as fighting and school goes, mind you. I would hate to see potential to be a great powerlifter thrown out the door.

If I could talk to the kid, I would essentially tell him to just figure out a way to control his temper. But then, at fifteen, we all acted like dip-shits often as not.

You’d think that with said grasp of the English language you would think twice before choosing a screen name like “t3h_Squirr3l”.

Or “N3wb”, for that matter.
