To be honest I told my brother about a year ago I wanted to bench 405 and squat and deadlift 600 while I was 18 and I said I would probably be 300lbs at 20% bodyfat and he laughed at me and called me a dumbass.

This would be a great goal for me.

Thanks, I keep track of my waist because 4-5lbs of fat = 1" on my waist so its a pretty good way for me to keep track of fat gain.

I weighed 258 this morning same size waist.

Arms are about a 1/4 of a inch bigger than they ever have been before “cold” and thats great considering back then my waist was 1.25" bigger than it is now.
