9 back workouts
and I will do traps and biceps as needed.

Im feeling realy good about doing this. I think I will be able to pack on another 6+lbs of muscle and get my waist down to the same size before summer is over only I will have much more strength!

Bulk started today workouts start sunday.

Only about 8 weeks until I have had my log on here for a year. trying to make as much progress as humanly posible in that timeframe.

Usualy I wouldnt post pics but Im basicaly done with ym bulking.

Il might just waist to post the dieted down pics so I can put them next to my bulked up ones to show the difference.

it could just be that yout chest is so big that it completely overshadows your lats. or your level of BF. but in the last pic your lats look almost non existant. do you think its just the pic or do you find you have small lats in proportion to the rest of your body?

I am assuming that you are mainly interested in powerlifting, right?

I am sure that you have been asked this before, but have you ever looked into a Westside-style template? I have some friends that have made great gains in strength on conjugated programs.

I have done alot more benching than back work thats for sure.

But you gotta remember my waist is HUGE so it makes my back look smaller in comparison.

Yeah Im more into powerlifting that bodybuilding.

I use a few westside principals every now and then my self, but for the most part I think I still need more volume.

So that is over 200lbm Im probably carying a good bit of watter weight but still.

man if you could be 300 lbs with 20% BF when your 18 you could cut down to a shredded 250 for sure.
