Also Those numbers are off my bar weighed 40lbs not 45 so I actualy had 210 and 345 when I started this log. Il fix it now…
ok i dont feel so bad about having started at a 140 lb bench with a bodyweight of 160 lbs last year before i started training.

I?m around 203lbs and I?m trying to LOOSE some of that, I have no interest in being ?huge?, I play a lot of football (soccer to you guys) and squash, if I was huge I?d end up being run ragged all round the pitch / court. I just want to be healthy, happy with a low bodyfat and an athletic physique.
My lifts are no where near yours, and Im 9 years older than you, does it bother me? About as much as seeing Bin Laden have his testicles ripped off.

I dont push my ideas on any one, if some one has the same goals as me and asks for help on how to get there I give them a damnt good way to get there. The way this site and the people in it have taught me.

I might have different goals then you, but i still get under the bar and lift as much weight as possible, and i dont see why more people can see that we all have a lot more in common then we do separating us.
