i just got my 4 bottles of myostat and the bottle says take 1-2 tablets 2 times a day… ithought it was one pill 2 times a day… you cna take 2 and get better results or no?
I did and I did not notice any additional effect. But as with so many things, that could be me. You need to try that protocol yourself and see if it works for you.
