What is the recommended dosage for Myostat and when is the best time to take it?
It’s on the bottle, but I’ll save you the long walk to the kitchen cabinet and let you know that it is two capsules per day with food, spaced 8-10 hours apart. I just go breakfast and dinner.
Just read the bottle and follow label recs. No alternative doses have been discussed or tried. If you don’t have a bottle, just click on the myostat icon on the top left and check out the Biotest store. All the info should be in there.
2 capsules or 1,000mg CSP-3. You can take it anytime, usually split up 8-12 hrs. apart.
