My Velocity Diet

This is my version of the Velocity diet, I could get it checked over to make sure I am doing it right:

5 Metabolic Drive shakes
2 tbl spoons of natural peanut butter
4 HOT-ROX
4 fish oil tablets
1 Surge shake (on workout days)

I’m on day two and going pretty well, just hope I’m doing everything right!

Your version? All you did was drop the flax seed from the original version. By the way- what are you planning on doing to get some carbs and fiber in? You will need it. With what you listed chances are you are going too low on calories.

I agree. If you want it “checked over” you really need to post your weight and some other info. For instance, how many scoops of protein per shake?

Yep, going to need some fiber in there: milled flax, Fiber Choice tablets, guar gum supplement, inulin powder (Fiber Sure) or related.
