My Training Program

Well im going to train because i want a better body and im starting at kickboxing soon.

My training plan

Every second day:

Jogg 30 min

20 x 5 push ups

30 x 5 sit ups

20 x 5 spens ups

Weights: Triceps/bieceps

Every day:

Jogg 30 min

30 x 5 sit ups

Weights: Triceps/bieceps

Food: 230 g prot, 70 g fat, 360 g karbohydrats and 3100kcal every day.

Do i get muscels of this? what do you think?

Friend, if you’re starting from a point of no past exercise history then do what you have outlined for awhile. In the beginning just committing to doing this weekly are embedding habits you will need down the road.

While your are doing this for the next few weeks and months use this website to educate yourself read my friend read. A good starting point is Vroom’s beginners thread just type that in the search mode and you’ll find it.

if your gonna do kickboxing then here are some additions you might want to think about

when jogging:
2-5 min sprints

also, buying a bag (if you don’t have one already) and kicking the crap out of it to work those shins into a numb state; you’ll need it.

and most importantly: keep reading T-Nation!
