Same here. I have yet to think of a question that I wouldn’t get crucified for asking because it’s been discussed so much. Annddd the search engine doesn’t work right for me, so I guess I don’t really get my questions answered. Um…kinda wondering why I’m on this site then aside from the articles.

Use google, it’s way better than the search function here. Add site:www.T-Nation.com after whatever you want to find and you’re golden.

Funny. Actually my arms aren’t even very big imo. It’s just the angle of the shot. Truthfully, I may have 16" arms. I do have a slender build with small wrists, elbows, etc and decent bi’s.
