5x3 Deadlife 2-0-2
then cardio the next day then
5x5 Front Squat 2-0-2 tempo
5x5 Back Squat 2-0-2 tempo
5x3 Deadlife 2-0-2
repeat cause i like to go to the gym so im not ganna do 3-4 days a week

Don’t worry about tempo as a beginner. Just focus on your form and moving through the full range of motion. I would pick a program from here rather than trying to wing it at your level. Starting Strength is a good one if you follow it properly.
