My Results on Super Squats

hey i just finished strossens super squats, or 20 rep squats, or squats and milk. It was a 6 week program, in which i ate my regular 4k-5k calories a day, plus a FULL gallon of skim milk a day. Basically i wanted to share my results as to give credit to this program for packin on mass in a extremely short time. Here are my results:

(keep in mind i am not a newbie, and have already put on some 70lbs over the past couple of years)

Starting weight: 263lbs
Finishing weight: 285lbs

Starting Quads R 26’ L 26’
Finishing Quads R 27 1/2 L 27 1/2

Start Biceps R 18 1/2 L 18
Finish Bi’s R 19 L 18 1/2

Chest went from a 46 to a 47

my waist did increase from a 42 to a 43.

Im extremely pleased with these results , especially b/c i didnt even finish the 6th week of it.

I HIGHLY recommend this program to anyone wanting to gain weight in a short amount of time, whether it be a newbie or a veteran.

ill try to get some pictures up soon

OMG they’re fantastic results!! Congrats dude.

Did you notice any visible fat gain?

What are you bench and DL numbers like after it, did they go up, down, or stay the same??

I have about a million questions for oyu…

So you gained approx 4lbs a week for 6 weeks? You were already fairly heavy to start out. I would assume you gained a lot of fat.

Did you test your BF% before and after? Just curious.

thanks. yea i defintely did notice fat gains. personally i think they are minimal in the grand scheme of things. I did keep my diet extremely clean, so i tried to minimize whatever fat i could.
as for strength gains. i actually wasnt able to deadlift all to often, long story, so my gains there didnt increase much. my bench defintely increased probably about 15lbs or so for my 3rep max. not bad considering this isnt a strength based program. fire away with the questions or Pm if u want

Awesome results. Do you have a link to the program?

yup, here ya go

i made a few modifications to better tailor my needs, such as adding some low rep days for my upper body.

Did your squat number increase? By how much? By the way, awesome results man. This sounds like something everyone should give a go.

lol thats awesome results and it sounds like a fun reason to pig out.

I would also like to know how your squat numbers increased. Did you add ten lbs a week to them?

As far as piggin out goes, i guess you could go that route, but i think you would really just blow up in terms of fat gains. I had maybe one meal a day that wasnt extremely clean.

i started squatting 225x20, and made it all the way up to 300x18 before i decided to back off and rest my knees and back. im gonna max out this week and see if my pr went up.
