pullups- 3. my back was smoked from the pulls the night before.
lying leg curl- 4x10 40lbs, 40, 50, 50.
weighted situps on the ghetto back extension- 3x10 16lbs, 16lbs, 20lbs.

also turned around and hung over this for a lil bit at a time for some traction/stretching my back. it felt GOOD.
i know its nowhere near as crazy as T’s schedule, but putting this in writing will help me wrap my mind around it… I worked 7 days straight, had monday the 7th off, then my next day off is the 29th.
yes, i chose to pick up the extra days/weekends, but i have a point here.
I got rather frustrated the other morning because I have all of this special help available to me now with my lifting (pegg, efs), and then i go and choose to not be available to receive it. I wondered if they would think i was being disrespectful, and pegg so eloquently reminded me that i wasnt missing because i was out drinking or being a dickhead, its because im WORKING. also, its not like im skipping the gym entirely.

so, i felt better.
also, my dishes are done and i have several meals ready to go for on the go.

so i’ve spent the free time the last month or so filling out a 50 page application, and i feel the need to tell the world that my last bit of information came in the mail yesterday, im not finished with this part and SOOOOO ready to have my free time back to myself and the grizzly.
also, i’m now in possession of official type papers that say i do NOT have a chemical dependency. at least, i didnt as of 2006…
