masch- I remembered later that i’d never pulled more than 315 from the rack… 405 felt like it took a whole 2 minutes, but pegg said it came up easy, and reminded me that i did it without a belt, which means im capable of more. fuck yeah! as far as how i did it… it was all the “zone out, nothing else but me, that bar, and my fight against gravity.” that time, i won!

been running errands today. when i use my knee to steer while driving, it hits in the same spot that the bar did last night each time i set it down. lil reminder of my 405 each time it happens. yay!
