squats sucked today. may or may not have had something to do with drinking last night.
so i topped out at 185, 2x3, and focused on breaking with my hips first, sitting back, and pushing my knees out. felt heavy as hell, so i know it did me some good even if it wasn’t a spectacular numbers day.
then some hypers and weighted situps (20lbs) for 3 sets of 10-15 each.
oh and some wide grip lat pulldowns, focusing on squeezing the shit outta my back, so i can get used to holding an arch for my squat.
then, more food from the ice cream stand (shredded chicken and the sherbert shake), then a movie and some pizza/leftover nachos from last night.
