Well, the first week is up and I must say that I am impressed. I gained 15 pounds and maybe 4 pounds of fat. And in the gym, my strength and endurance has gone way up. I’m aware that I probably gained some water weight, but not 10 pounds worth. So this stuff has definately put on some LBM. Oh yeah, I’m following the growth surge training program and eating a little above the massive eating protocol.
Great gains, bro. How many doses a day? What are your stats (before & now)? How much has your strength and endurance gone up (poundages)?
I’m glad you’ve had so much success in muscle gain. I’d like to suggest cutting back on calories though if you think you really gained four pounds of fat in one week: that really is too much. Every extra week of dieting that gets created by too fast fat gain, is time taken away from possible mass gains, so it can be very counterproductive besides increasing misery.
I’d hold the fat gain down to a target half pound per week, and no more than one pound. Two pounds is an error (in my opinion) and more than that is just way much.
