Thanks man and welcome back, dont be such a stranger.

I just wanted to tell you all I made it. I am in Kansas, out in the sticks.

Spent the day just farting around with ma. We went on a 3 mile walk around the lake and such. Then just took it easy. I got some much needed sun.

She is looking GOOD to me. She was sporting her T-hat I made her, though I need to add a string so the wind doesnt blow it off.

I will try and get some pics today.

We are going shopping for food. She wants me to overhaul there fridge and pantry. HEE HEE this will be fun. Out with the junk in with the good.

Training is going to be interseting while I am here. I am reduced to having a shit pot of DB’s. I guess I am going to go for some High voulme w/o’s for a couple weeks. It has been a while since I did that. Do some 50 rep squats and such. lol No, it should be a good change and it is just two weeks.

We got a couple small cars and such around, and a trailer. I think I will just have to get creative. I have been making such good progress in strength and such I dont want to lose any of that, and I am still only three weeks off that cycle. So I will find something heavy to throw around.

Anyway, just informing you all I made it. Mom looks pretty darn good. I will get her to throw her best poses at you in her T-gear and such. She is mainly looking forward to me taking her out and away from the house. To K.C. and such for the day.

Maybe you can write an article on the creative workout you come up with while vacationing. One of the exercises could be presses with the bag of junk food you remove from the fridge and pantry. lol

Just don’t make your mom do the car pushes or trailer drags just yet.

Not sure where you’re at in KS, but if you come to KC, I’d be glad to oblige you with my dungeon to workout in. It’s not much, but it’s enough (400lbs of free weights, eliptical, squat rack, heavy bag, etc.). If that doesn’t workout for you, I can tell you a few places to go for a good workout.

Well, Hello again all.

I told you I would probably annoy you with updates during this two weeks. The thing is that I am trying to stay on my sched. so I am not all screwy when I go back. So I am awake for quite a few hrs while Mom, dad, and the rest of the world is sleeping.lol

Anyway, we got the shopping done, Lots of whole food and such of course. Now while they are sleeping I am going to purge their environment. :). I will start with the fridge first. I am leaving some of the old junk but all on one shelf and it will be labeled “JUNK”. This will let them, mainly dad, ween themselves off the crap and have a constant reminder in the form of a flashy label that they are grabbing JUNK. LOL, I am enjoying this.

I do have to admit one thing. I took her shopping for all this good food and then let her corrupt me. We went for my first cheat/junk meal in about a month. Went and ate chinese. It was damn good though, and I has planned on going to this particular restuarant while here. Didnt go over board to far.

Jack thanks for the offer. Problem is the day/days we head to KC I really wont have time to catch a w/o while there. Just gonna go catch some sites, like the Nelson Atkins and such. Also I suppose I will have top take her shopping somewhere.

I think I got some pretty good w/o’s planned out yesterday though. The upper body work can all be done with the DB’s for the most part, and somne chins and such. I tracked down a bar and enough weight I figure I can get out some good HIGH rep squats, and then do some farmer walks or something up and down this LONG set of stairs today for my usual squat day. For dead day I had to get a bit more creative. I figure I will start by dead lifting the rear of an unusualy large lawn tractor. I did it yesterday and the damn thing is freaking HEAVY. So that is good. Then concentrate on the hams with some stiff legged trailer deads. LOL Possibly get ma to snap some pics if this stuff works.

I am sure it will get even better as the days progress. I got my eye on all kinds of stuff. Wheel barrows, shovels, etc… Throw in some yard work, moving rock, and such and I should be a.o.k. for a couple weeks.

I am gonna wash moms car this morning. Fun Fun.

Well, I got a few pics for you to eye ball. Nothing to exciting yet. The majority of the day was spent shopping and eating chinese. Then we went on a walk down at the lake and took it easy in the back yard. Got some pics of mom and dad, and they even snuck in a few shoots of my freshly fattened up physique. I wasnt going to include the ones with me, but I figured screw it. I am bulking, I can handle carrying some blubber and letting you all flame me for it. Cant stay lean all year I guess, and yes I plan on working on the tan while I am here.

Well thats about it for todays update. Mom has a docs appointment today so probably not to much exciting. I plan on some yard work, wash her car, catch some sun and take a dip. She gets to find out about some disability issues and stuff, it is her last visit with this doc.

We are going to head to K.C. the next day I think, should get some good pics there.

Well sorry for the blabbing, I’ll get those pics up now.

Sorry to bug you all again, just had to share an interesting little story that happened to me while doing my improvised ITS Squat w/o.(ITS = in the sticks)

Well I decided on doing 20 rep box squats, LOW, onto a little personal cooler. So I set that up outside, and was super setting those with weighted decline sit ups which I was doing on an incline bench inside. The walk between the two giving me about 1 minutes rest.

Ok it’s 3am here and I go for it. I do a set of squats, I slam a swig of my Surge and set it down before walking in to do the weighted sit ups, etc… It is all going great. Getting a good w/o. Well, on set 4 I come outside grab the bar and clean it up to get it on my back and begin my sqauts. SURPRISE, you got a visitor. A damn cyote (sp) was right there with me under the only damn light for blocks. Talk about shooting out of the hole. I have never came out of the bottom of a box squat so fast. LOL.

I think the little bastard was after my Surge/green tea combination.

Just thought I would share that with you all. A little story of me soiling my drawers.

I did finish the w/o. It was pretty damn good. 6 of those super sets. Then did 4 sets of farmers walks down then up 2 flights of stairs with some db side bends. Then finished off with some one legged BW squats just to get a real good quad burn.

Watch out for the wild life when drinking Surge. You may have to fight them off.LOL

Well hello again all,

Had a good day. Mom got good reports for the most part from the doc… He doesn’t however feel she should go back to work anytime soon at all. I think he is right, she needs to just do her own thing. So she doesnt have to go back to him anymore. He just wants her to go to her general practitioner on a very regular basis.

She is still slowly getting back at the weights and we have been going on walks at the lake and such. I think I got her a bit fired up. She has been driving to walk on the damn where it is nice and flat. Blaa boring. I got her now wanting to go tackle some trails down by the water, where we used to walk. So we will probably do that friday.

I got the fridge and cabinets all straight. That was more of a friggin w/o then the ITS squat workout I did. Then I cooked them lunch, dinner and a desert.

I have become the slave around here, I dont mind though. I just hope they can hold on to a few of these habits after I leave. Mom has been pretty good at it for a bit, it is dad that brings most of the junk in, and shopping has been left to him lately. He was very surprised however at how good of a meal you can fix with real WHOLE foods, nothing out of a damn box, no refined carbs and such, and that it doesn’t take that long.

Then did a bunch of yard work and crap for them that needed done. Oh Boy fun fun.

Anyway, going to clean the car now, and when she rolls out of bed we are going to head to KC for the day to fart around. I will hopefully get some good picks.

Well I am blabbing again. I better go get something done. Allready did my w/o, now it is back to slaving on their stuff.

Well hello,

Nothing too nifty to report today for you all. Went to KC and did a lot of walking, a little junk shopping, a couple coffee shops and that is about it. I forgot the camera in the car so the only pics I got I snapped while driving on the way home of mom laughing.

So like I said nothing to neat.

Today the slavery continued. Yesterday was wash the car. It started raining of course when I finished. Today has seen me wax the car and slave away in the kitchen for them.

I dont know what is on track for the rest of the day but I sure they have something in mind for me to do.

Had another good w/o. Some under the deck chins, followed by some upright tire and wheel rows, and a little ab, bi, and lat isolations.

Well it is me again.

I figured I would go ahead and keep up with these daily while I have the time and something to blab about.

Notes for today:

  1. The slavery continues

  2. I am dropping weight/leaning out fatser than Shug’s drops $50’s at San Antonio Strip clubs

  3. The ITS dead w/o was killer, better than expected.

So for #1. Well I took mom out and about again and we ended up shopping again. Been raining for two days straight so not much else to do. This was after the waxing and cooking and such. Well are shopping consists of buying more stuff to keep me busy. I today have 8 new bushes to plant and I have to figure out how to build a Martin Bird house. This along with my regular cooking and cleaning of course. LOL. Then I must find time to keep her intertained also. So I am fairly busy.

#2. Well I have dropped 5 lbs in 5 days. I couldnt beleive it. I am noticably more cut the abs are starting to come back. The bad thing being I am on a bulking cycle.

This seems to happen a bit to me on vacation though. Even though I am keeping a food log I dont have a scale to measure my food and I seem to short a bit instead of going long (instant response of a former fatty). But still 5lbs, I dont want to lose what I have gained.

So the food along with the increased activity, possibly the Alpha Male and Red Bands (to ward of unwanted fat gain/ maximize lean mass gain) kicking in, these improvised ITS/see something heavy go pick it up w/o’s, and who knows what else has me dropping poundage fast.

I was leaning out a bit before but maintaining weight. So I was getting ready to up the cals to continue this bulk anyway, but looks like I may need to do it a bit sooner. Today I decided to simply lean toward the high end of guestimating the food instead of the low end. We’ll see how this goes. I may just stick with this plan and trhow in a cheat or two while I am here and wait to up the K/cals when I am back home and can get back to my proper training and such.

I guess it wont be to bad to have leaned a bit in the middle of this as long as I can keep all the strength and LBM increase as of yet.

My ITS dead w/o. I will have to get some picks of this lawn tractor. It is a big SOB for a lawn tractor. Much heavier than I expected.

So anyhow, after warming up on deadlifting a mower attachment first I maoved on and did 10 sets of 4 tractor deads while standing on a spare tire for greater ROM. I super setted that with 5 gal bucket full of oil side bends with 1 min rest periods. Then moved on and did some lighter weight trailer hack squats and stiff legged deads. That was about it. I figured I would stop. I had hit everything pretty damn hard and I have quite a bit of shoveling and such to do today.

Seems what makes these w/o so challanging has a lot to do with lifting these awkward damn things. It is a nice little change of pace though.

Well, I better quit blabbing and eat something. Then try and get these bushes in the ground and go get my bird house stuff. I will try and get some pics of some of this stuff.

Mom says hi.

She is doing well, tired of being bald, and still somewhat zapped for energy and off course can be a bit emotional at times, but hey I cant blame her. Other than that only real prob is her ears for some reason they are always plugged sort of. Hard to hear. Doc said she might have to get tubes.

Well its been a few I have been being kept pretty busy, yard work, bird houses, a movie, another cheat meal, etc…

I finally will post that tractor, tire I stood on and bucket, the a pick of the latest bird house I am fabricating. It is a replica of my parents house and is a B*(CH.

I had to get on here and empty my camera so I could take more picks.

I have yet another wacky leg w/o to take a pick of. It was for my squat day. Leg w/o’s seem to be a little more improvised, upper body is pretty standard. Anyway, for this one I took the bar and all the loose plates I could muster up. Only came up to 120Lbs. Well then took a 12" ladder and leaned it against the wall leading to the acttic in the garage. I would then clean the weight onto my shoulders, go up the ladder and back down with no hands, Slow. Really got a good burn doing this. Upon reaching the bottom the bucket was behind me so I would then do 10 bucket squats. Did this ten sets. I super setted it once again with oil bucket side bends. Then finished up with 3 sets of ass to grass front squats and then some body weight step ups just for good measure.

Well thats about it.

Mom is doing good, keeping me busy and I have been dragging her all about.

I think we are going to go to KC again in the morning.

I’ll get some picks of this ladder bucket combo now that my camera is empty.

Bird house, yesterday, I am much further now but had no room on camera for pics. I’ll get them with the other stuff.


Well I am here once again. Downing my preworkout green tea & Power Drive combo, getting ready for a nice upper back w/o.

Just put another coat of sealer on the bird house, and trying to figure out where to haul mom today.

I do know that we will be going to a supp. store. Either my mom or my dad has be bogarting my Power Drive, ARRRGHH. Other than that I am sure we will have to go to some type of store that will contain my next chore. I am finally caught up. So they have to find something for me to do till I leave in three days. Wouldn’t want me to take a break.

Today will also contain my third and final cheat meal while here. I dont know where she will drag me today, either Chinese again or some good ole Kansas City BBQ.

Well anyway, here are a few pics of the Birdy Condo and that ladder/bucket combo I spoke of. I dont know what I am going to do for dead day yet saturday, I am sure I will find something interesting.

Well not to much to add.

Had a nice w/o this morn of trailer deads. Kinda neat, increase the load by moving the bags of mulch further toward the tongue.

What I really came on to post was a couple pic. They say proof is in the puddin. I this case proof is in the RIBS and Baked beans. I just wanted to show a pic of the Woderful cheat meal I was subjected to.
