So the owner of my gym came up to me a couple of weeks ago and asked me what supplements I took and I told him only ones from Biotest. I told him to go to 1500T.com as he couldn’t hear T-Nation.com he kept thinking I was saying team nation. Now I am happy to say they sell Biotest products right at the gym!!
It’s great! I forget my Spike Shooter, bam I can buy it right there! Oh and they will have both flavors in a few days!! They are also getting lots of other stuff. I already loved my gym b/c it was pretty hardcore (I was one of the smallest guys there, no A/C as thats for wimps, ect) but now I really like it.
For those in Michigan the PowerHouse in Farmington Hills rocks.
Haha SBT nice man nice. I’m just happy I helped to get a gym carry something other than BSN which is what I see at Golds. PH has a full fridge of Spike and from what I was told they are turning the empty room into a supplement store with Biotest products.

Haha for real! To be honest it took me a few workouts to notice. I was walking around the gym the other day and saw 2 figure girls and a bodybuilder (this dude is pushing 300lbs with very little fat!) sipping the Spike and I was kinda shocked. Haha then I noticed the fridge filled with them.
Btw I over heard them all saying things along the lines of “this stuff kicks ass!”. Haha I just laughed and kept on lifting.

Hell yeah, way to go CrewP…that sounds like a nice gym, atmosphere wise…none of the pansy ass 19 yr old “trainers” that might try to “help” you workout…
Haha nah none of those trainers! The ones there actually train figure girls and are BB themselves.
That being said we have guys in there that cant be over 120lbs and do arm curls every day lol. But I think every gym aside from the invite only gyms have those people!
Oh yea I forgot to mention the view is very nice at the gym! haha hell with looking at the cardio bunnies, I got the figure girls practicing their posing
just curious, if you’re not the biggest in there, but near one of the smallest, why did the owner bother to care what supplements YOU took? I am not at ALL trying to bash you, seriously, i’m just curious as no one even pays me any attention at all in the gym even though i’m the only one breaking a sweat and looking like they’re trying. I know it’s just because I’m not that huge yet.
My gym is pretty stupid, it sells booster juice, chocolate bars, pringles, and other shit to make you fat. I work out at the university since it’s free to use, the food stand is right next to it. So much for a healthy campus.
I work at a gym, we carry a bunch of shitty supplements at the moment. A lot Body for life shakes… need I say more?
Anyway we were looking into switching everything over and I mentioned the stuff on T-Nation, after my manager saw it he was keen on the idea, except its the same price to buy Biotest products as a consumer and as a company carrying there products. I thought it was kind of strange.

well he owns a hardcore gym that now sells Biotest, perhaps he just has the ability to see progress in people even when they are not the world champ. that takes a lot more insight than the chumps you workout with will ever have, why do you want to be their king anyhow?

Oh my god, ya I know exactly what you mean. My gym is so sissy we got 18-21 year old trainers thats are smaller than pencils walking like tough guys at our gym, it is pathetic.
Then we have a little stand that sells protein shakes for outrageous amounts of money, and ALL of them are made with horrible protein.

Well I’m pushing a 500 pound DL which is more than most at my gym. The owner saw me DL the other day and it was only a couple of days later he asked me what I use. I also always carry with me Surge or Spike Shooter when I’m lifting.

Yea man its nice! The markup isnt all that bad $3 bucks for a Spike, could be worse. We’ll have to see what its like though on the rest of the products.
I’m trying to get them to use Metabolic Drive at the smoothie bar, so we shall see how that goes. I mean hell they already charge $5 or more for a smoothie so I think the profit margin is already high, so they should use better quality protein.
