not that great i know, but its become one of my favourite exercises :slight_smile:
They just give you too much bang to not get used to doing them:D
In the past i was trying to stay away from them because they were really uncomfortable and tough on the core, but how little did i know. hoho, at least i learnt

Cheap alternative: get a couple of saw horses. I have two plastic ones. They are rated to hold 400lbs each.

thanks! Suddenly I remember an old article from Dan John where he talks about squatting with saw horses. Looks like a nice option.
