I looked like him when I was fat… And won’t go into misspent youth…

Weights are still low relative to body weight (I’m 6’ and 270) when I look at the over 35 crowd… Progress is faster at the low end…

Looking strong. Have you always done squats and deads on the same day. I’m just wondering how much more you could deadlift completely fresh. My deads would be junk after squats.
