Weighed the Olympic style (you know large diameter holes) Ez-Curl Bar weighed em 17lbs… Perhaps it was meant to be 20 with the collars, but the collars really sucked. I have the springy thingies now. Shitty thing about of it, the bar has grooves where the weights go, so they’re harsh getting off and on…
Went with Olympic (large diameter) format as I like it better and though it is more hassle to find I want one format plates and will eventually get a cage…
Dumbbells are power blocks… up to 130. But haven’t had the balls to go higher then 80 (I like my floors)…
Tomorrow; I will row the 130, if only for a single as a matter of pride…

Subjectively, I feel better on the compounded. I think the Drs will fall in line with their betters – KSMan eventually.
Doctor is going to find a friendly endo, as I’m all messed up…
No cut for me… With this profile I’ll burn all muscle and keep the fat.

If you are at 190, on 4 pumps, it doesn’t sound like you are absorbing worth a damn. Unless you are absorbing but converting it all. Even with high conversion, though, I would expect a lot higher than 190.
I have my labs in 9 days. They prescribed me 4 pumps, but I put myself on 6 after a week…due to the initial boon in mood, libido, etc…that started to wane after a few days. It seemed plausible that my own production was diminishing and I no longer enjoyed the “stacked” total.
I was 520-ish at 4 the first time after a couple months… Felt shitty, they knocked me back to 3 pumps, felt shitty-er, though different… back to 4 got me to 520-ish… First shitty came back… again down to 3, got sick as shit and felt worse… back to 4… got all the way up to 320… now down to 190…
Switched to compounded, feel little better, but still no morning “good”… Added extra dose, got some, almost felt alive again for awhile…
New Doctor is looking for endo that is HCG friendly…
Hopefully I’ll get stabilized at a decent level… But think it will end up complying with KSMan’s directive…
Surprise blood test tomorrow morning and I have given myself 3 extra doses to get my levels off the floor past week. Dipstick test showed progress only 1 day…

I’ve done yoga off and on since I got put down on a motorcycle… Hard… Spine looked like train wreck in “The Fugitive”. Yoga, muscle relaxers and really good Chiropractor… Took 3 years but worked pretty good.
Current Doctor mentioned Yoga 3x last visit… SO time to kick it up…
GF is rather advanced Yogi, lifts, pilates, and major cardio-bunnie! She is profoundly gorgeous! AND SHE RIDES BIKES!!! (Slaughters me on hills…) LIFE IS GOOD!
She shows me some point stuff, but I do my old series (a bizarre style) plus some.
