Been reading this forums for about 4 years, never made a post, thought I would join in on some of the fun. I’m 27 live in Louisville Kentucky, by the name that is obvious, been lifting for like 5 years on and off, I’m always trying to take it more serious but my night shift job always screws up my lifting. I’m mostly into powerlifting cause I seem to favor the strength genes over looking good, or I’m just not motivated enough to knock these
layers off.
Enough boring talk, my numbers are 5 10 205 lbs 33 inch waist. No clue on body fat %
Squat (raw): 540
Dead (raw): 470
Bench (shirt): 420
Obviously my numbers are strange but like I said I fall out alot and never deadlift until like 4 months ago so I’m working on it hard at the moment.
I have been about everywhere around the city, powerhouse and fitness factory were the main 2. For the last 5 months I have been at my buddies house, we bought like 900 lbs in free weights and comp bench and rack. 3 barbells. Perfect set up at the moment

Fitness Factory in the Hike Point area? That’s where I train without exception whenever I am in Louisville for an extended period of time (go to UK). I didn’t know there was a Powerhouse as well. But if there was ever a place to get motivation, it’s at Fitness Factory. Such a great collection of enormous men and women. I always feel like a chode wearing my cutoffs there.
Wow a few stupid post already, I have a video of my 400 bench, I have a video of my 465 dl and I have a video of my 540 box squat and 500 95deg squat. The squat and dl are in my gym and the shirt lift bench is at the son light power comp. I didn’t post my numbers to prove anything on this forums, I never plan on squating or dl in a comp tbh. Btw to say anyone can’t have a stronger squat then dl ??? Are you serious ? Ryan Kennelly has a 1100 bench and like 800 dl rough 900 squat, he did bench for like 5 year straight, with out training squat or dl. My grip sucks on dl, and my core isn’t that stong. My videos are on my iPhone, I’ll put them on and post them in a new thread
tomm when I get off work.
And yeh fitness factory is a nice place to lift, most gyms are modern now days, it’s still old school

Relax, I’m just throwing some stats out there. You need prove nothing to me. A 500lbs squat to 95 degrees is not only feasible, but likely.
Your stats on Kennelly are very interesting. I never knew he was such a good squatter or deadlifter. When were those lifts done?
In 2006 I read that in an interview with Kennelly, it wasn’t actually said by him, it was the opening to the interview stated something like," he not only benchs almost 1000 lbs but can squats close to 900 and dl close to 800". Was something rough like that. Also I agree with the fact if I was a competior that my dl would be more then my squat, but that’s not the case cause I haven’t DL that much. My squats are never comp. Depth, and most
of the time I do box squats just for keeping my leg size.
