Ok so yea…It was a little tough downing that protein drink. Its chocolate flavored and I put it in water. Bottle says put two scoops in 8oz of water and it took me about 10 minutes to actually get the stuff to dissolve.
So…I could only really finish it 3/4 the way down. It says I can put it in milk and I think that would taste better but my diet plan calls for just water and the occasional green tea. Seeing as how skim milk is still pretty thick it would seem as though it would take longer to dissolve.
Any thoughts on making this taste better without using a blender? I’d rather not make it more than what it is. Thanks a bunch.
Yea the “cheap” stuff tastes like chalk and goes down like sand. If you haven’t bought a reliable brand then it’s your own fault. I actually liked the taste of chocolate Musclemilk more than anything i tried before, but Metabolic Drive dissolves better in milk so i tend to prefer it.
Get a shaker. Try some soy milk instead, low fat and full of goodness, and allways add a dash of skimmed milk about 100ml, or non at all if you dont mind soy milk at all. This blend goes down a treat.

Whole milk = GOOD
Skim Milk = OK
Soy Milk = BAD!!!
If your problem is with mixability what I do is I’ll mix 2 scoops with cold water in a Blender Bottle. Then let it sit during my workout or in my fridge at home. After working out I give it a good shake again and drink.
If you have a problem with taste don’t go cheap. The lowest I go for a 2 pound tub is $20. That is for ON Whey. When I can afford it I go for Evopro or Low-Carb Metabolic Drive. Both get pretty thick in water. Chill it and it is almost like a milk shake.
Sounds like a knockoff brand. Usually when they say 2 scoops, it’s a cheap brand and they’re using the 2 scoops to make it look like there is a lot of protein.
Try this.
Put 1 scoop in 8oz water.
Stir it really fast.
Don’t worry about chunks.
Shotgun it.
Repeat for next scoop.
Finish bag over next month and buy some Grow! Whey

Soy milk is low fat and full of fail.
Everyone should mind drinking soy milk because it makes you weak, gives you man-boobs and kills kittens AND Santa.
Do you want to be responsible for the death of kittens and Santa?
