During the week its 50%F/50%P/ 27g carbs 1500 cal.per day and yes I am still in fat loss. I feel my results have been good but I was thinking they could be better if I was over doing protein on my carb days. I figured I could have misunderstood Dr. D’s guidelines about carb days and was over doing protein because I have been keeping it at 1g/1Lb bw on carb days . I don’t necessarily do 24 hrs, more like 8 from dinner on till bed. About 400 total carbs.Total cal.for the day is usually around 3600-4000

1500 kcals?? How much you weight bro?
How long you been dieting for?

pm me if u want instead…

hey guys, came off ad two months ago as i was loosing muscle mass but looking back i dont know if this was due to my training but i did blame the diet. since i have been doing fat and protein and occasionsal carbs when i feel like it, though it feels like there is no structure which is what i liked about the ad. im going back on tomoro following as i did b 4 6-1 carb day. i know im fat adapted so will start this straight off. has any one that has been on a while say 6 months lost muscle mass??

im 5"1 about 17-18% bf. doing this to lean down further. and make those abs pop out all the way baby!! anyones input who has been on a while is much appreciated. thanks, tams

5 month bump. Been on it since last june, still going strong. Weights have all gone up, been doing the BBB 4 day/week program. No weekend carb ups, I just allow myself more freedom on veggies like tomatoes.

Anyone else still on it?

Thats what im doing

Anyone still doing the AD?

Lol, been a while since I’ve seen this thread. I’m doing something very similar to AD:

Sunday - Low Carb (~60g during workout, trace throughout the day from nuts and loads of broccoli)
Monday - Low Carb (~60g during workout, trace throughout the day from nuts and loads of broccoli)
Tuesday - Pulse Fast
Wednesday - High Carb (~300g, not crazy high but I feel fine doing this)
Friday - Low Carb (~60g during workout, trace throughout the day from nuts and loads of broccoli)
Saturday Pulse Fast

Been doing this for 6 weeks and have leaned up very well. Doing it for another 6 weeks and then I’m DONE leaning up haha.

Hey guys,

I read the book on Saturday and decided to go for this diet. I have been doing the Warrior Diet for the last two months, therefore the transition will be pretty easy.

Here’s my weekly meal plan:

Meal 1:
4 eggs, 75gr bacon, 100gr cheese, 200gr broccoli.

Meal 2:
30g BCAAs

Meal 3:
50gr whey and 1 banana

Meal 4:
200g beef, 100g cheese, 200gr broccoli, 18gr olive oil

Meal 5:
2 eggs and 50g whey

Meal 6:
200gr pork, 200g broccoli, 18gr olive oil, 100gr cheese

Meal 7:
18gr olive oil, 40gr casein, 25gr whey

Hello… My name is G" and im from Poland

Anyway… Ill join this thread

I have been on this diet since may 9. year 2011
So its now been 2 months minus 8 days

When i started i weight 81 kg and my fat percent looked like 13-14%
Now i weight 86kg when its saturday (I carb up only sunday with 100% more calories then usual days)… And i weight 90kg when its sunday evening :)… And my fat percent look like 10 or something…

So all in all i gained some good solid kilos…
No i dont use steroids, but i do use peptides… I take GHRP-2/CJC1995 w/o dac. everyday, 3 times a day.
I think it does help a little

Hi guys,

How does one count the carbs.

Should I always count the net carbs or the total amount of carbs eventhou they arnt digestible or outweighed by fibers?

Hello, I read through the 400 page thread’s first 20 pages and read through the Metabolic Diet book by the Dr. but couldnt find answers to these questions:

  1. Is this diet good for ectos? I’m 125 lbs at 5’8" at like 6-8% bodyfat. I’m worried that if I go low carb like this it’ll harm my health since im already so low body fat percent wise. Or is it okay? My goal is to hit 160+ lbs at around 8% bodyfat and wondering if this is the diet to get these results the fastest?

  2. Whats the average muscle-gain rate that people have been getting? The book said 2 lbs of lean muscle mass per week after the 4 weekish adaptation period. This seems really high. Anyone else get this type of result?

Thanks
