My Easy Day was Yesterday!

I have not completely abandoned this log. My training is going quite nicely its just that I’ve been terrible about logging it in.

Flat DB Bench Press
DB Shoulder Press
DB Curls
DB Skull Crushers
Dips

30 min. cardio

I no longer have to stand over her. She’s on auto-pilot now and doing well. She actually gets pissed now when people act like knobs in the gym now ie. unracked weights, talking on cellphones while occupying equipment. You know the usual douchebagery.

French Press: 60lb. DB x 10, 70 lb. DB x 10 x 2 more
One Armed Standing Cable Curls: 3 x 10
Cable Pull Downs: 3 x 10

20 min. Elipitical
20 min. stairs
10 min. Eliptical
