I am training 4 months i lost 10kg of fat, now i am about 81kg 190cm tall want to loose to 78kg and than start to grow teso i take just to try and to have more power because i am triing to grow eventrought this diet.
You need to pick what you want. Do you want to lose weight or grow? It seems that right now, you want to lose weight. Drop the testoXplode, you’re wasting your money. What is your caloric intake and nutrient breakdown?

Yes i am triing to loose waight thats true, and i have one day during the weekend carbo day during which i can eat little more carbos.
