My Crashed E2 story

I would like to give hope for people that are in the same boat as I am, i will try to keep my current health condition updated under the post.

Stats before cycle: 185cm, 84kgs, 20% bf
Current: 185cm, 101kgs, 18% bf

After 7 years off from AAS i started my new cycle 12 weeks ago. I did 350mg test e, 200mg mast e, 100mg deca per week. I started with 12.5 mg Aromasin 3 times / week. SubQ ED dosing.

(My own T levels was under 200ng/dl, free test also low range, E2 110 pg/ml
Thats why i decided to go on a little blast, and then trt, to feel better, more productive and so on, im 30 years of age)

Thats where the problems began, after 2 weeks into my cycle i added in the aromasin…
It took around 2 week to build up all the low E2 sympthoms.
I did not know that i have low E2, so after the 6th week, i did an increase in my Aromasin dosage, which was the stupidest thing i have ever done in my life! I did 12.5 mg ED for a whole week.

After that my heart was literally skipping a beat, developed small arrythmia, had terrible night sweats, could not sleep 4 hrs barely daily, back pain, chest pain, gastro internal pain, muscle pain, brain fog, dizziness, extreme heart palpitations, panic attacks, leg-hand shaking cramps, zero sex drive.
Ofc i visited a lot of Doctors, had heart ultrasound and so on, everything is perfect, just the function not yet. Been in ER hospital twice, because of panic attacks, they did CT, MRI, with all my organs also.

So Sadly i did continue the Aromasin dose until the 9th week of the cycle with 12.5 mg/ 3 times a week.

At the 9th week i did bloods.
Test 2671 ng/dl E2 3pg/ml
The heart palpitations was unbearable, when i did ED aromasin i felt them all day long every single minute.

I stopped all the shitty AI immediately, this was what caused all my problems. I cant believe that after all these years i was able to make such a rookie mistake, even tho i used to compete in bodybuilding in my early 20’s.

NOW im getting close to the 3rd week of no AI mark, the negative sides started to get a little bit better.

Brain fog, moodiness, panic attacks are gone.
Afraid of death sympthoms are also gone, that was horrible before… but i still can’t watch all the scary movies or even listen loud music, because i feel anxious after.
Heart palpitations are getting better, but after a hard training session i can still feel them at night laying in my bed, or when sitting in a couch. But maximum 7-8 times a day. Libido is coming back, yesterday i had the first morning wood since 10 weeks lol.
Chest pain is still there sometimes, mostly on my left side or right in the middle of the rib cage. Back pain is still there alongside with the knee pain and cracky joints.
Dizziness is a little scary sometimes, it comes randomly. Maybe 3-4 times a day (Because Hormone fluctuations)
I can finally sleep 8-10 hours a day.
Muscle pain is still there, mostly chest or back.
I have cramps in the glutes or in the hamstrings.
If i feel a little more anxious or i feel like i will have a panic attack, i have 0.25 mg Xanax on hand just in case… its really helping.
Occasional eye twitches are still there.

I decided to keep the cycle “alive” for 2 more weeks with the mentioned above gear amount, to help my body make more E2.

Today is Sunday, on Tuesday (December 31)
i will hit the 3rd week of no AI mark.
I will keep the post updated.

I’m sorry you’re going through this. People wonder why we are so forward and borderline harsh with newbs about their planned cycles. It’s because minor mistakes can lead to major misery. It’s a really good idea to have a basic understanding of pharma before partaking in AAS use.

Masteron on its own nuked my e2. I am on TRT (20mg/day) and added masteronP 10mg/day. my typical e levels run 50-60pg/ml, went do to 20 and that was 1 week post stopping. felt like shit. insomnia, anxiety etc. recovered within 2 weeks

2 weeks and i will leave the Mast e also. Only Test will remain and we will see. I have been reading a lot of Aromasin crash posts so far, it can be up to 8 weeks to recover… damn that would be nuts. Will keep you guys updated.

I can imagine that you could simply take estradiol in pill form to bridge the natural recover, but not sure this would impede the process. something i would personally try if in this situation

Yeppers.

Masteron is at best a serm and in some an actual ai.

wow that ratio is insane: 200ng T and 110pg e2? wild. have you checked your TT/e2 while on cycle without the AI just to see what that balances at? is your e2 generally just on the high side?

Without the AI i have no bloodwork sadly. But you are right, that ratio was insane! I have developed mild gyno thru the 7 years off and had the worst sex life, lost a lot of hair also.

I was really dumb, because i have never had to use any AI even on 500mg test / week. When i was 20 yo. I don’t know why i came to this conclusion to use this much aromasin… dumb idea.

Week 3 without AI, feeling the same nothing new. The usual heart palpitations came a little later today, around 8 pm.

Many people may not fully understand the powerful impact of AI and the essential role estrogen plays.

Week 4 without AI, no significant changes just a shit ton of muscle cramps and eyelid twiching.

Been supplementing B6, potassium, magnesium, sodium, taurine against the cramps, sometimes i do get finger numbness on my right hand.

Left the Mast E this week.

Week 5 without AI, added in 100g tofu daily for phytoestrogen support, and to raise E2 even faster. Nipples started to itch 2 days ago. Overall mood is better. But i can still get anxious sometimes and its hard to deal with.

I legit don’t understand how people can be so sensitive… but I believe them

I say this as someone who was a bad genetic candidate re someone who should have ever experimented with AAS yet I did (and was fine, but I was very careful)

As a teenager I was given anastrazole at one MILLIGRAM per day for maybe 5 years to try increase final adult height (and it worked to some extent. I’m maybe 5’7 and was supposed to wind up 5’5)

E2 was absolutely crushed… zero… for five years. Bad for my bones and joints sure… developed borderline osteopenia at only 17 years of age, but my libido was actually acceptable

TRT test + some mast (dosed higher than test)…. E2 near zero, libido was actually higher and felt fine

TRT test + primo? Felt fine… somewhat of a drop in libido but going from wanting to whack off every day to 2-3x per week is totally fine in my book.

Antidepressants crushed my libido far more than AAS or crashed E2 ever could. I had lower libido on high test than I did low test + a bit of masteron or primo

I generally took 100-200mg per week on top of 75-125mg testosterone usually totalling 250mg/wk which contrary to popular belief is a STEROID cycle… not TRT! The benefits even on low dosages like that are quite marked if you run it for like four MONTHS

I hate talking about this because everything you post online leaves a footprint. Low E2 is bad and E2 is neuroprotective, cardioprotective etc in line with adequate androgen to estrogen ratio… but the low E2 probably isn’t the cause for his arrhythmia esp if it was SVT or PVC/PAC etc

Op probably had a fast HR because AAS upregulate beta adrenergic receptors and induce cardiac dysautonomia. Having an elevated RHR on cycle which some are more predisposed to than others doesn’t signify you have AAS induced cardiomyopathy yet… that generally takes many years if not decades of cumulative use to eventuate, although those who have dramatic elevations in RHR on cycle are going to develop cardiomyopathy sooner than those who feel fine on cycle.

But AAS are pro-arrhythmogenic… the more you know the better. You can engage in poly pharmacy to mitigate risk or you can just… not take steroids….

But if you’re gonna take them, know they might kill you one day, and some like nandrolone are obviously more toxic than others (think primo PROBABLY being the safest with the only real major side effect being dyslipidemia and higher red cell count in the short term)

Actually after 5 weeks, i feel much better. But the E2 fluctuations are still there. And you are right about the anti depressants, they are libido killers. I have been visited i think 3 different cardiologists and the hospital two times.

All of them said, my heart issue is panic attack or nerve problem related. Lets hope they are right! Im currently on Test E only. I think thats the least harmful i can do for sure.

Hey gyuszi hope you are doing well my friend, im also having the same problem i crashed my e2 during my cycle, at the last week of my cycle i did a blood test and e2 came back at 1pg. same situation as you, heart palpitations, cramps , headaches eyelid twitching is a weird one bro i cant belive we have the same thing. Iv been laying on my bed for the last 3 weeks just tired and dizzy, no appetite i almost lost my job. i upped my dose at 250 a week right now things are turning around, also i will try to run hcg 500ui twice a week to help with aromatizing. Stay strong brother we have just to ride this one out. In case you were wondering primo crashed my e2 lol. I was running 500t 400 primo.

Yes, i do still have panic attacks, this shit is real… After a hard training day i feel much more palpitations, otherwise almost zero. 5-6 times maybe at night for the whole day.

Now i have other problems, i cant sleep, around 4-5 hours a day at max. Will do complete bloods next week, TSH, T3, T4 also.

On the palpitations, have you considered your mineral intake?
It sounds like you could be low in magnesium as well as potassium.

Add 300 mg of Magnesium Bisglycenate to each of your meals.

Potassium intake should be at least the same as your sodium intake and as high as twice the sodium amount. Grab some Morton’s Lite salt. It’s 2 parts sodium to 3 parts potassium.

All of this assuming you are not on anything like Telmisartan or any other similar medications that have a contra indication for potassium intake.

I would wager that you will get some relief, especially from the magnesium.

Good luck.

Potassium, sodium, magnesium, iron, are all on the higher end of the reference range by bloods.

I do take all the supplements you mentioned.
Zero telmisartan, i have a perfect blood pressure, sometimes too low. 110/70.

Excellent.

Ya i think your body is in shock thats what i assume had happened to me. I did hcg 600ui 2 days ago i cant believe how better i feel. im almost 100 percent back to normal, little bit dehydration but thats fine my body needs to adjust to the high e2 and my eye twitching is gone along with the cramps and headaches, Will do a blood test to see my levels in a week or two. Please run hcg you have nothing to lose. Good luck and stay safe.
