My Complete Routine? Good for this Target Body?

Thank you Yogi1. Where do I start? I don’t suppose it’s as simple as just eating less, because I think I already do that, and I’m relatively skinny without a ton of body fat.

well it could be as simple as eating less if you’re already eating the right things, but it’s probably not.

Kinda hard to give specifics without knowing anything about you, but a fairly basic starting point would be something like:

-eat 1g of protein per lb of your bodyweight. Get the protein from animal sources.
-all your carbs come from rice or potatoes
-all your fats come from either animal sources, olives, avocado or coconut oil.
-veggies with every meal (yes - including breakfast)

I’d get used to eating like that for a while. Once you’re in the habit of eating “clean” (for lack of a less annoying buzzword) you can start to think about fine tuning it in terms of calories, nutrient timing, etc. For now, just concentrate on hitting your protein target and getting all your carbs and fats from unprocessed, nutritious foods.

You might find that’s all you need to do to get looking the way you want. You’ll not get to photoshoot-ready levels of body fat but it’s hard as a motherfucker to maintain that anyway (even the professionals don’t stay like that year-round).

So, yeah. That’s how I’d get the ball rolling if I were you.
