My Brother Is Looking to Get Ripped

Hey guys my brother is looking to get ripped on and he doesn’t have an account on here so I thought I would post it for him.

He is going to take 100% whey, and creatine monohydrate.

He probably has about 15% bodyfat 185 lbs.

What do you think he do cardio wise?

What do you think he should do sets/reps wise with weights?

i think his lazy ass should get an account, and research it himself…what type of lazy ass thread is this…

Maybe he should read a bunch of articles written by Shugart and Berardi to get good info on the nutrition side and articles by Waterbury and Thibaudeau for training.

Helped me a lot to get on the right track after 2 years of misinformation and just looking for answers, rather than solving the puzzle my self.

So we’re supposed to put together a routine and nutrition plan for your brother? Read and learn like the rest of us dude. Come here with some more specific questions after you have learned the basics and you’re sure to get some terrific feedback.

I am helping someone out but he’s doing a ton of research on his own. If someone wants to make a change in their lifestyle they need to take the initiative.

You didn’t even post his shoe size, let alone his current diet on ex routine.

Wipe his arse and you’ll be doing it for life! Get him to do the research himself.
