If my Italian was better I could probably find more…
I spent a couple of weeks in Prato and Florence a year or so ago. It was really nice. Rome on the other hand sucked out loud.
Already went for a visit to the head of the department ( Mario Maggi ) and another specialist there. Both said I need to wait for my T to go down more in order to start TRT. The only doctor that did something was one in Pisa and he’s the one that started me on Clomid.
It seems unlikely that you can buy without a prescription in Italy from what I am reading. What number did he want you too get down to? Doing the bloodwork late in the day might get you there.
Someone will, I just don’t know who. It would seem more likely to find a pace in Rome, but I don’t know. Most of the places that I found in Google were spas offering beauty services. Not really sure how that is anti-aging exactly…
I have no problem traveling abroad to get checked as long as someone recommends me a doctor with a lot of experience on TRT and won’t say again “it’s all in your head”
It’s because there’s a huge bias in the medical community, there’s a belief TRT causes prostate cancer which is what they are taught in medical school, most will refuse to even talk about TRT let alone prescribe it.
If you come to the US, consider Dr. Rob Kominiarek, he sees people from all over the world. He can dose your TRT without ordering labs, based on what you tell him, he can balance you out on TRT.
He will run labs when you are feeling good to see what it looks like on paper, he cares more about how you feel and doesn’t care about the numbers.
You need to provide reference ranges. Nebido isn’t expected to do much at all for you, you need very high T levels to increase free testosterone to high normal ranges because SHBG is binding the majority of testosterone shrinking free testosterone.
The Nebido esters have a very long half life and most men metabolize testosterone more quickly, in theory the Nebido concept was appealing, but in reality it’s not very effective. Most doctors do not care about optimising your levels, they only care about in range and often the patient in the one that suffers.

How much do you weigh? What is your body fat%? How is your diet? What is your exercise/workout routine?
Im 1.76cm , 76kg and around 17% body fat. I work out 5 days week, 4x weight training and 1 day crossfit. I’m in pretty good shape and my diet is on point.
My exercise routine is a body building one, usually compound exercises ( squat , deadlift, bench press etc ) with some isolation for certain muscle groups.
Also my sleep is really good, around 8.5 hours per night.

Ok, edited the previous post with the lab ranges.
SHBG was increased from Clomid, before that it was in the low range. I think if I wait for another 2-3 weeks all the markers should go back down to their baseline levels.
In this case you suggest trying some other form of Test apart from Nebido?
