My 50 Something Year Old Mom is Trying to Lose Weight

My mother asked me to help her drop some weight as she has seen me over the years always coming from and going to the gym. What I did was remove all difficulty. What I mean is, I bought dumbbells for her, I bought some Low Carb MD and Flameout. I showed her how to do some basic exercises in her room, and I would say within 8 weeks she dropped 15 lbs. Remember that baby steps are needed at first, with slow progression. I started doing 2 exercises for 15 reps and 2 sets, thats it.
