Mutation Series

Starting this again for this summer, it worked great last summer until I got accepted to the police academy here in Denver. Where I slacked of from the gym cause of time.

One quick question: MY Days on are Monday thru Fri from 3pm till 1am I lift around 11:30. I am trying to figure out how to keep eating and what to eat while I am out on patrol. Chicken breast is hard to do and Grow! warm…is not my fav. If you have any tips or advice that would be great!!

This is an article written by John Berardi from last year. In the latter part of the article it has some homemade recipes for snacks like granola bars etc. Some are better for post workout while some could be used for anytime.

Have a look. Also JB has a new downloadable manual called Gourmet Nutrition. It is awesome. Lots of great tasty nutritious stuff.
