Mustang's V-Diet Template

Hey guys, i’ll give alittle information about myself and why I want to do the V-diet.

In Early 2006 I 187lbs strong (going down from 240), I was DEP’d into the Marines and set to leave straight out of high school. I played football four straight years, and in my senior year I tore my ACL in the 7th game, had it repaired, did two months of physical therapy, ended up tearing it again and had my second surgery in July of 06.

Well during all of my recovery phases I developed really bad eating habbit, to where i’m at now at 247lbs.

This is what I believe my V-Diet log will look like
So my basic layout
How to calculate correct calorie intake
(10.2 x WEIGHT + 879) x .50 = Minimum - 1700 (weight 247lbs)
(10.2 x WEIGHT + 879) x .60 = Maximum - 2030 (weight 247lbs)

Metabolic Drive
First Shake (2 Scoops) 200 Calories 40 Grams of Protien
Second Shake(2 Scoops) 200 Calories 40 Grams of Protien
Third Shake (2 Scoops) 200 Calories 40 Grams of Protien
Fourth Shake(2 Scoops) 200 Calories 40 Grams of Protien
Fifth Shake (2 Scoops) 200 Calories 40 Grams of Protien
Sixth Shake (2 scoops) 200 Calories 40 Grams of Protien

Total Intake from Shakes
Calories - 1400
Protien - 240g
12 scoops/day

HOT-ROX Extreme
4/day

Flame Out
4/day

Surge Recovery
Post-Work Out Only
Calories - 320
Protien - 33

Calories on non-workout days - 1400 (6 shakes)
Calories on workout days - 1720 (6 shakes + Surge)

Two other supplement I will be on during the diet is

  1. NOC Pills, 3/night 3/pre-workout
  2. No-Xplode 2 scoops pre-workout

I’m not 100% sure if I have everything correct, I know my calories are low, but I don’t know much else I can do.

Thats wrong, you’re only getting 1200 Calories from 12 scoops of Metabolic Drive.

Don’t forget your Natural PB and milled flax.

You say that you DEP’d into the Marines in early 2006…were you released from your contract after your injury or what is your status on that aspect?

12 scoops does equal out to 1200 calories, so that brings me even lower, is this good?

Yeah thats exactly what happend Bravo, my first surgery I had biodegradable screws put in to hold the new ligament in place. But what ended up happening is the screw came out 2 months later due to me putting too muc strain on it. The second surgery they put in 6 titanium screws/1 pin.

I had already gone through MEPS, had my 87 asvab score, and had my date set to leave for bootcamp.

Well my SSgt had to inform me that you’re not allowed to have metal in you, no exceptions, oh well.


Back on track, those of you that have done the v-diet log, is this an acceptable layout?

How many calories can I add to account for the mill flax seeds plus the natural PB?
