Hey guys, i’ll give alittle information about myself and why I want to do the V-diet.
In Early 2006 I 187lbs strong (going down from 240), I was DEP’d into the Marines and set to leave straight out of high school. I played football four straight years, and in my senior year I tore my ACL in the 7th game, had it repaired, did two months of physical therapy, ended up tearing it again and had my second surgery in July of 06.
Well during all of my recovery phases I developed really bad eating habbit, to where i’m at now at 247lbs.
This is what I believe my V-Diet log will look like

How to calculate correct calorie intake
(10.2 x WEIGHT + 879) x .50 = Minimum - 1700 (weight 247lbs)
(10.2 x WEIGHT + 879) x .60 = Maximum - 2030 (weight 247lbs)

I’m not 100% sure if I have everything correct, I know my calories are low, but I don’t know much else I can do.
