Music to Train By

“Never Die” by Yngwie Malmsteen…It’s all adrenaline.

I know it’s not classified probably classified as maintstream or bad by the tastes of some of the posters here, but I just d/l some puddle of mudd for the last workout, and it definitely got me going through leg day. I like the mix of slow and fast tempos, kind of matches the workout.

I’m going to listen to some disturbed or rage next time to see how I like that. It’s amazing how the music can get you motivated.

Depending on my mood either metal (Disturbed, Pantera, Anthrax, Metallica), some electonica (Crystal Method, Lunatic Calm, Overseer) or hiphop (Wu-Tang, Onyx).

Anything that makes you want to stand behind people on treadmills and suplex them.
