Muscular Women

That translates into my further opinion that there is no FUNDAMENTAL difference between how they should train and how we train. I will also say that in the case of women a bit of blur over those muscles looks a lot better than being very very lean."

Tiribulus wrote this over in the T-cell and I thought it was refreshing to hear. I usually say something along these lines to people who tell me that if I lift too often/heavy I’m going to look like a man.

I’m just wondering what everyone in general thinks about this.

HH - more women in GAL!
Muscular women are gross

curvy figure > 6-pack on women

I like women who are just cool with being women. Enhanced or not, muscles or not . . . . whatever.

Nothing sexier than a strong, confident woman. So few of them nowadays.
My gf loves it when i throw her around like a ragdoll with my muscular arms.

She say she loves that fact that i have an athletic-muscular phyqsique…because i’m ripped and it’s big, but not overly big (pun intended hehe).

Let me guess… You’re the “BradPittFan” who was stalking Mak in another thread this week?

Go away troll.

I know I used that as an excuse before I ever started lifting.

But it was the fear of looking like some sort of freak.

That thought crossed my mind in the beginning, too. But since I’m built like Janet Reno to begin with, I figured I couldn’t get much worse, so might as well be strong.

Ultimately I figured that I would rather be strong and freaky than weak and wimpy.

Turns out though that it’s really difficult to get freaky. Who woulda thunk?

Seriously though, there is a lady in out dojo that was always in great shape and decided to compete (IFBB?). Seeing her go through the changes necessary to get up on stage was interesting…not attractive to me, but interesting.

Now that her season is over she is able to take the classes again and her vascularity has been mostly replaced by smoothness which is more attractive to me. Another thing is a lot of the general populace don’t realize is that the competition look is only for a short period of time.
I don’t like the competition look on males or females, but yes, it is only for a very short period of time.

Good, I’m not the only person that thought this when I saw that post.

Wha…what?? scratches head looking confused

I assumed it was the same troll too.

6-packs look good on girls… er well visible abs, but not a completely defined “im starving” 6-pack. Maybe if the top 2 are very defined and the lower ones with just slight definition = sexiest stomach.

Not too shreaded but not soft. Atheltic women are so hot, I hope the “New rules of lifting for women” gets very popular.

busty toned-stomach looks good. Like denis milani

Back under your bridge troll.

Yes, women can take it too far once they start to look like men in drag…but lifting without anabolics does not usually induce that appearance.

Can it ever? Do women have the physiology to get to that point w/o any chemical assistance?

Some can. They would no doubt know this, however, long before they actually started training seriously due to the ease at which they gain muscle mass. No matter what population you speak of, there will always be those at polar ends of the spectrum.
Very true. I don’t think most people know that women naturally have testosterone as well. So if they have endocrine issues like low estrogen they could gain more muscle than normal. But long before getting buffed they would know they had an issue shaving their face everyday.

I found women who worked out hard, and who had muscle not only physically attractive, but more attractive that they valued their health, physique, and reaching whatever personal goals they had. To me it is a sign of self worth and value that is diminishing in today’s troubled times.

I’ve always thought that a woman, who is already naturally attractive, will only enhance her attractiveness through lifting. It isn’t possible for 98% of women to get ‘too big’, based solely on biochemistry. I made that number up in case there is one out there, but I seriously doubt it.

Of course, a chick with man-face isn’t doing herself any favors by having muscles.

As far as chemical enhancement goes, I don’t like the idea of a girl shooting test into her right glute, call me crazy. Generally, I like to know I’ve got more free test than someone without testicles.

But that’s probably an ego thing.

Muscular women are only looked down upon by smaller men. In a society where men don’t lift weights, the idea of a woman who may be bigger/stronger than them is anathema and scary as shit.

So, only pretty young women should lift?

This is a statement of discrimination.

All women, regardless of age or beauty can do themselves a favor by lifting and getting stronger. Having muscles isn’t ALL about looks. It is about performance. And that mindset is what distinguishes an athlete from a beauty queen.

Not hating on beauty queens, Just sayin’ is all…

girl on left= a bit too low of bf, and just a little too much muscle. smooth that out, and oh man.

I guess it’s all a matter of opinion. I think the girl on the left is hot as hell.

Yeah, even as she is she’s really hot. I just think she’d look better with a little more bodyfat to get rid of the shoulder veins and have a little more of a chest.

Personal opinion? I think women look better with a little bit of fat on them. I’d go for the one on the right.

x2

I’m with Angry Vader on this one, the one of the left is really hot. The one on the right is very nice as well, but my preference lies with the left.

Sexy shoulders.
