Muscular Symmetry

Basically my right Pec and Lat are bigger than my left ones. Which leads to my left tricep and bicep being bigger than my right.

I know the quick and easy answer would be, to just do more single arm work/dumbell work but has anyone else found any other practical ways of fixing symmetry imbalances. I don’t want things getting out of control.

Well you need to figure out what’s causing the imbalance first. It may be that you have some form of impingement or very tight muscle group (which leads to other problems) that is causing this.

While this may be true, I would argue that if that is indeed him in his avatar, then he needs to gain a lot more size first to accurately judge size imbalances.

The human body is asymmetrical by nature, from your chest to your calves, doesnt matter. The best thing to do is concentrate more on equal distribution of power when reppin’ out.

ive got the same thing. when i do a front double bi, my right shoulder comes up a little bit higher, so my left trap is longer.

How tall and how heavy are you man?

just get bigger over all. You’re probably right handed right? I had/still have that same issue (but I’m really the only one who notices it still) I played sports growing up and being right handed the right side of my body was more developed because of throwing and what not. Thats probably your issue (I would assume)

Just put on more size and like you said make sure to mix in some dumbbells and single limb work and you’ll be fine. You dont seem to have a huge problem if thats you in your avatar
