Does anyone have any experience with muscle pulls? I went to the doctor on Friday and he confirmed what I pretty much already knew, I had pulled a muscle in my upper back. I guess I have pulled my rhombus/trapezius muscle in my upper left back. The doc said these things can take longer to heal than fractures. He said it should take approx. 4-6 weeks to fully heel. He prescriped physical therapy which I will begin this week.
Is there a way to speed this healing process? Anything I can do to keep some of my gains until I can resume lifting? I have already tried ART but it did not help. Thanks in advance.
