OTay, you said you would have to eat full time to get to 200 lbs. I’m assuming you eat at least four times a day. Maybe you just need to eat a little more during those meals. A good trick I learned from John Meadows, eat first before you have anything to drink. Water takes up volume in your stomach. Conversely, if you want to cut down the amount of food you’re eating, drink a lot of water before you eat. Maybe you already know this, but I wanted to share. It works for me. Good luck !
