I love eating steak and animal protein, but limited and not to the exclusion of other beneficial micronutrients that can only be found in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, etc. I’ve watched many male relatives of mine who ate primarily a “carnivore diet” (high fat, high protein, very limited carbs) and they died before 60 from cardiovascular disease. Maybe it’s genetics, maybe not. But I made it to 60 and have no issues following a diet that includes animal protein (including beef, bison, and a lot of free range eggs) carbs ,and healthy fats. I agree that simple sugars are the enemy of a good diet and I avoid them.
I’m not denigrating what you say and a “carnivore diet” is great for quick fat loss, but I just don’t think it’s sustainable long term as a healthy diet.
Its what our ancestors have eaten for over a million years… we evolved, flourish, and thrive on proper meats and animal fats

You just have to drink milk, eat cottage cheese and generally consume a lot of protein.
Assuming you’re around 6 feet tall, your arms are proportionally 3x longer than a T Rex. Good job!
