I tore my bicep muscle belly last july, and have been making progress on it steadily. I’m about half of what I used to do, but the pain is quite bad. My arm feels very stringy and noodle like, I believe its scar tissue from the tear. Since its been a year that would make it chronic. Is there anything I can do to relieve this scar tissue?
After losing a 2.5" diameter section of my calf to a fourwheeler i was on endothil cr

So you’d think, but I’m in the same sitation as the OP here. Very deep tear in the muscle belly abt. 9 months ago, no tendon injury. Doesn’t quite seem to heal, lagging behind no matter what.

I know that feel, horrible. What muscle was it, carl? Did you have any bruising? I had none what so ever. Very odd.
Bicep tear here as well. Left arm. More than an inch (abt. 3 cm) deep, a partial tear from the ‘top’ of the bi and inwards right down to, well, the tri, I guess you could say.
No bruising, just a deep ‘hole’ in the bi that was visible from just about any angle. The whole bi was just ‘hanging’ inwards, fortunately that’s not the case anymore. It’s ‘lifted’ itself back up to where it’s supposed to be…
Still, it just feels like it’s damaged for good.
