MRP's carbohydrate content

What’s the deal with the new MRP’s being just low glycemic carbs? after all but 8-6 years some companies are finally putting low glyc carbs in shakes. Whatever, anyway my second question is for anyone, I like my Myoplex and Lean Body MRPs and I finally am putting flax in them ( i usally just put a spoonful to my mouth) Does’nt EFA’s and Proteins stabalize blood sugar when having carbs with protein. So my theory is that MRPS with malto are not that bad after all ( just overhyped compnaies like VPX wantto push there new advanced products)

Your “feeling” is right. Adding fat and fiber greatly reduces any problems caused by the maltodextrin in MRP’s. No big deal…
