Hey, T-men, I have returned to school after a month break…I was on the T-DAwg diet and liked it but, now I have an extreamly busy semester ahead of me. I am starting the MRP diet and wanted to know if anyone has tried it and what results you had. I am going to play around with the calorie intake, but I would be interested in what calorie intakes you guys had. Also what is the maximum time I can stay on this diet…Thanks
I use the diet when I get really busy, but only for a day or two at a time. (I used it for over a week when I wrote the diet just to make sure it was do-able.) Your results will vary depending on how many calories you take in per day. The shakes are easy to count up (just don’t forget to count any extras, like milk, flax, fiber, peanut butter etc. you might toss into the blender) you just need to figure up how many cals are in your one solid meal of the day. I’ve seen people use it successfully in bulking and cutting stages.
If your solid meal doesn’t have much fiber, then be sure and get some from Metamucil or Colon Cleanse. Other than that it’s a “no brainer” diet- fast, easy, simple. Just count the calories and maybe the protein grams, just in case. Good luck with it.
