Hi CW, my question relates to the OSC program that appeared a few issues ago in t-mag.
i am going to start the program tomorrow and i was wondering if the first few exercises are used to warm up the body(jump rope, squat thrusts, inch worms etc)or do you prescribe a seperate warm up.
i know how you stand on the use of warm ups as i read the Texas T article(315 for warming up holy shit) but i have been used to doing something skipping light oly lift etc before a punishing workout like this.
i would be very grateful for any information that would help.
