The weights that are listed are hardly ever accurate some of them are full blown off season weights. Phil is nowhere near 290 on stage. Still not gonna stop him from being 2011 Mr Olympia though.

flex lloked crazy. i saw kevin english and thought that guy is huge, looks ripped. flex is just a pretty mother fucker though, it’s crazy how his glutes were more shrredded than other parts!

I agree that Jay definitely looked a lot better tonight than last night, but I do get the feeling that if Jay is gonna lose, he’s okay passing to torch to Phil. If he does manage to barely scrape out a win, I have no doubt he’ll step down and retire.

i can only imagine how challenging it is to hold condition, manipulate water, not cramp, etc etc. there should be the mr. olmpia and the under 212/202 whatever, and some other show for the other bullshit…capitalism is a whore w/ nice full lips.
i talked shit about jay because on day one he looked bad, he looked better, for the sake of what he’s accomplished i see why they have him in the top 2, that said…he should be 4-6 in my mind still.
