Mr. Hammond, the phones are working...

Holy crap.

FTR you and I have extremely different definitions of the word fat. I saw your bench vid and was like “hot damn”.

Also, no, not every chick taught proper form would be benching 135 in 6 months. Not even close. Most girls struggle to bench 50lbs the first time they sit down. 95lbs in 6 months would be realistic… not 135.

  1. I gotta go with scj here. Not fat in my books. If you want to lose some weight and lean up that’s a great goal (for just about anybody really haha) but I would most definitively not call you fat at present.

  2. About the “most girls” and 135 bench thing . . . the only girls I have ever seen bench that much weight were international caliber wrestlers (some of them world medalist caliber) and Haley Wickenheiser. Probably seen some oly lifters who could do it too, but again, those are world class oly lifters who have been training for a decade, at least.

  3. Cop can be a good career, I’m told. Didn’t know you needed to be able to swim to do it though. On that note, good luck with the swimming lessons. It can be tough learning later in life. In preparation for going houseboating, I had one of my roommates (who used to be a competitive swimmer) try to teach me how to swim. Or at least, not drown. I’m told I was the most awkward thing in the water she’s ever seen. Ever.

  4. How much are you studying for the learners exam? How much are you failing it by?

  5. I loathe cardio. Big props for that.

  6. The whole moving back in with your parents thing, well, you do what you gotta do. I know basically nothing about custody battles but I imagine it’d be a massively shitty deal for all involved, and did this dude kill someone on purpose? Like was he in prison for murder or manslaughter? Or is that too personal?

WELL FINNEE maybe not MOST womenz, but I compare myself to T-Nation ladies and I am by far the heaviest/weakest.
ANd I thought I had to swim incase I have to like chase a badguy into a river or something HAHA.
I KNOW I KNOW, my career wont be like an episode from law and order SVU, but swimming will benefit my life in some way regardless. I think…
Yesterday I failed by ONE STUPID POINT. I am a study study study machine!! HOURS HOURS are spent reading this stupid boring cRAP. I fucked up the last question something or other about an acceleration lane.
ALSO I thought decceleration was actually declaration. Like declaring something HAHA. I SUCK AT READING COMPREHENSION. SRSLY. My brain wont pipe down enough to let me read anything
NOt too personal. I am a very open book. WEll, with strangers on the internet anyway HA.
UHH he was the driver in a hit and run that killed some kid. It took the cops 6 months to track him down and he was arrested and put in jail FOR LESS THAN A YEAR. FUCKING HELL.
He sees my kid every other weekend and this weekend will be the first over nights EEK GAD. My kid is stressed. He is not a fan of daddy days.
WHATEVA. My life has been like an episode of the Maury show since I got knocked up by him. PROB. why boys steer clear of me, maybe. Guys hate baggage, and I got suitcases comin’ out the wahhzzooo.

Almost forgot - I don’t know why you feel unaccomplished at 26. For one, you aren’t supposed to have accomplished much at this age. For two, I am 27 with a good paying job living in Wash DC and I feel like you have accomplished a lot more than me. You’ve raised a kid who loves you and looks up to you. Fuck of a lot more than anyone else your age can say.
