I love this program because my workouts are the same for a whole week. So once I make it through one day just fine, I have no overwhelming/anxious feelings for the rest of the week. If I can do it once, I can do it again.

Wake up
Before opening eyes 60 Band pull aparts
Pee/blow nose
12 minutes stretching
gym, warm up-4 mins stretching
post workout 14 mins stretching
home/life/living
25 mins stretching
Before supper 6 mins stretching
Like I think I will die or something if I don’t stretch. As if I am some 90-year old who is just falling apart and wont be able to walk properly unless I keep limber. Someone please tell me this is stupid so my brain stops making me do this so much??? ![]()

I went swimming yesterday (I don’t know how to swim) and I wanted to go down the kiddy water slide, but MY BUTT NOOO FITTTTTTy. ![]()
I was too scared to go down the bigger one, even though my feet could still touch the bottom of the pool… Kinda weird.
Anyway, it was really fun. I saw a girl bring a mermaid babrie and I was mad jealous. I don’t think I ever brought any of my barbies to the pool before. In the bath tub yes, but never the pool. What a good idea.
