2 diff. tricepy things super setted 3 x 15 then one other tricep thingie 2 x 15 at the end
weighted (if you count 5lbs as being weighted, Lol) decline sit up
8, 6, 6, 6 ← I am doing fewer reps so that I make sure I am only using my abs and not relying on my hips and what not.

K cool. I am enjoying my accessory lately. I totally forgot I could get strong and work at setting Pr’s for that shit too. I have been looking at my accessory only from a recovery stand point as of late, time to KILL IT>…
Some guy came up to me and was all like “I was watching you and I noticed, wow, you’ve really gotten big”. As he starts pointing to various locations on his arms indicating that my arms are big.
I said
“Uhh, thanks? I don’t know if that’s a compliment or an insult”
He said
“well, isn’t that what you’re trying to do?”
I was all
“Um, I just care about getting stronger, I am not trying to be a fat ass.”
Then he walked away.
Awkward.
Ya so end story.

my bus driver friend commented on one of my facebook status’. Does that count as news? LOl.
Digestion news:
I know diary is out, and now I am thinking any type of nut/nut butter is not my friend. I WILL SOLVE THIS!!
GIving my nut butter to my mother even though it pains me. So delicious…
But not worth it.
