ANYWAY lifting has been so magical lately. When I decided to do my own thing, go ahead and lift as frequently and excessively as I wanted, I really had no idea what would happen. I thought maybe all my lifts would just remain stagnant, but this is the fastest strength gains I have ever had in my entire life! HAPPY SHIT ALL AROUND.
