Officially coming out of lurkdom because my training lately has been PR extravaganza-fantastico awesomeness

This is what my training is like:
I squat something and I press something one day.
The next day I Squat something a little lighter and press something in a different way.
The following day I deadlift somehow, whether it be from a deficit or some type of rack pull, and I press some more. Most likely in a lighter fashion than the previous day.
Then I’ll squat and press
Then I’ll squat and press
Then I’ll deadlift and press

uhh, get the idea?
My accessory is typically back involved, upper, middle, lower.
Then some abs.

I like it, it works for me, I am pr-ing all over myself and so far I am not tired or feelin’ beat up in the slighest cause I ain’t neva goin’ too close to my max.

I so sorry!!

I needed time to sort out my brain garbage. I was getting manic and impatient and having difficulty sleeping.
I also hated all the DRAAAMMMA.
All I want to do is talk about lifting heavy shit and learn as much as I can from people who are really good at lifting heavy shit.

I have some new goals for the remainder of the year
I would love a two plate squat before 2012 is over, and a one plate bench.
I think this is totally attainable.
My DL? Hmm, we’ll see…
Anything over 250 would make me happy really. Though a 3 plate DL over the next 1 and a half might be doable.

Somebody told me Wendler says that anybody with a functioning set of testicles considers all bars to be 45 pounds haha…My SSB weighs 85 but I wish I had just counted it as 45 because figuring out weights to put on it with an odd-weighted bar is a huge pain in the ass…I can count to a million in 45 pound increments, but as soon as you deviate from that, I become a mouth breathing neanderthal…

After my meet when I retest everything I’m definitely just going to count it as 45.

This is definitely the consesus for all specialty bars as far as almost every log I’ve read on this site. And yes. Spock has probably top 3 functioning testicles on this site if you factor in basic sackitude.

YES SO yesterday was bascially me getting sicker hour by hour, by 8 o clock every single muscle in my body ached and it like, hurt my skin to put on lotion. Even looking at the computer screen hurt my eyes.

Depends how fucked up my upper/lower back is. But I try to get my feet under me, to make a body into a spring.
