Uhh, oh! Tuesday I did this cool cardio thingy that was like full track (200m, i think?) sprints, then walk lap, sprint lap, then some half track sprints then some prowler “sprints”. Which is bascially just me feeling like I am going as fast as humanly possible, but it’s the prowler so I am actually going at a snail’s pace.
Did that for about 20 minutes and then added some weight to the prowler for my cool down recovery. <<-- I do that all the time, tell myself hard stuff is recovery for no reason. I need to stop doing that, I annoy myself sometimes (often)
Then an ab circuit of death/ FIN + pull ups for recovery, HAHA.
Today back/chest. Wanted to attempt some semi heavy benching so it was like
warm up with uh NG pull ups(9)/dips(??forget) and off to the bench

MMMKAY then other boring shit, bent over rows, more pull up obsessing, db rows, pec fly shizz that feels awkward to me because my arms always feel so lop sided. Oh well, TWAS a killa workout, felt like I was payin’ ma dues anyway.
I have some goals that aren’t really goals, more just random things I want to do
IE: Weighted pull ups. Seriously I have been talking about these since I was 16 I need to man the fuck up.
ALSO, want to buy a weight vest so I can run stairs come spring and have it feel painfully pukey hard like the prowler does. I love that feeling.
I would like to get my lifts up a bit again, don’t really want to gain any weight though. We’ll see what happens I suppose. Heavy lifting makes me veryy hungry girl.
Yep, signing off now with a couple questions:
How long do you feel shitty for after your workouts? I mean post workout THAT DAY recovery? I feel like I got hit by a bus for 3 hours after I get home from the gym. It might be more anxiety related though? My nerves make me sleepy.
2nd question: How long is having zip zero zulch of a libido ‘ok’ until it starts to feel very off? I don’t think I have found a man attractive since uhh god… uhh fall sometime… I think it was fall.
I know it can come and go in spurts, but I feel pretty disgusted by the thought of it, which is weird. That seems like more than just a low libido, to be repulsed, ya know??

Your workouts sound fun!
I started doing pull ups with a kettle bell hooked to my feet and really recommend them for the weighted pull-up non goal.
And I’ve often joked but for serious that I’m asexual. My libido is way low low low when I’m not with a guy, that sometime I worry I’m missing something. So I don’t have an answer for you, but your’e not alone.
You’re doing lots of recovery up there, it’s no surprise you’re feeling the effects of it all for so long. Really impressive with the prowler stuff, would love to get my hands on one.
i feel the shittiest in muscle soreness approx 36 hours after the lift.
i think cardio helps it go away/makes it less -somehow works out the lactic acid. ??
check your thyroid re:libido if everything else in your life is okay - also taking nitric oxide can do something… this is available in many workout supplements.
recovery for me depends on the lift. longer for deads, not much at all for bench, squat the middle and mroe flexible.
some days just work better for each after a longer erst its better for me to deads-zo it…bench the day after deads to rehab my back. Sometimes I’m dead an hour after, others it takes until the next day to feel the effect. SO no good answer!
Libido? Hmm. For me its more about ME then the guy. If I feel great about ME then I’m all about it. But any turmoil and slight hitches in my self and you can be drop dead gorgeous and I won’t feel real into it and it’ll be fake. if its a hormonal/psychical thing it could be SCADS of reasons.

Spring, when it starts to get lighter and warmer, should perk your libido up. It’s natural for us to feel a bit down in all areas while it’s cold and dark. You could try vit D, if you’re not already. I find it does help my mood. I also think when you’re single your libido tends to drop down a gear anyway. Mine has been shitty but I’ve not had any for, hmm, a year or so.
